Entry level Police, Fire and Dispatcher Examinations
Public Safety Consultants, LLC works with nationally recognized testing development companies to provide specialized entry level examinations. We offer examinations that measure cognitive, ethical, and emotional maturity of candidates that will fit your community. These examinations are based on a specific Job Task Analysis of the Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities to ensure that the applicant is able to complete the tasks required for the position to be filled. This insures the validity of the examination and a low adverse impact to comply with EEOC and DOJ standards.
Promotional Examinations
Public Safety Consultants, LLC can provide promotional examinations developed by nationally recognized testing companies or we will develop a custom made promotional examination for specific ranks that are based on a reading list specific to Massachusetts along with policies selected by your community. The written components can be standalone or combined with an assessment center.
